Operation Process
16-Station Washing & Filling System
The automated process includes 2 disinfectant washing stations, 1 dripping station, 2 return water stations, 2 pure water stations, and 1 additional dripping station, with 8 stations per side totaling 16 working stations.
Three-Step Production Cycle
- Washing: Empty bottles undergo 4-step cleaning process (hot alkali water, thimerosal, clean water, pure water) with 8-second intervals per step
- Filling: Bottles are positioned and filled with adjustable timing controlled by PLC
- Capping: Automated capping system seals bottles securely after filling
