Automatic 3 in 1 modern design QGF-100 5 Gallon filling machine/plant/unit for drinking water

This 5 Gallon filling machine is integrated with jar washing-filling-capping functions together;
Worker loads empty jar on jar holder manually, the jar holder with jar will be transferred in advance for jar washing, the transmission force is by gear cylinder;
Washing will be devided into 2 parts, 1st process is by disinfectant fluid, 2nd process is by pure water;After washing, the jars will be falling down on angle plate from jar holder by transmission chain with gravity force; Then the jars will be pushed by pushing cylinder to under filling head, then filling start; Filling volume can be controlled by filling time set up. The filled jars will be pushed to under capping head by empty jars afterwards. Worker put lot of disordered caps into cap loader, cap loader will sort cap automatically to load down into cap rail. When filled bottles passing under capping head, cap will fall down onto jar neck, then capping cylinder will do the capping automatically by cap pressing cylinder.
