Application

CGF-1 semi-automatic gallon bottle washer filler capper is a filling equipment for pure water plant or mineral water plant dedicated irrigation 3 gallons , 5 gallons bucket.

Operating procedures

1)connected to the power supply

2)link the pure water pipe into the bucket pump inlet, the filling spherical valve open (pure water tank), connected.

3)Start the washing and filling switch to work.

4)Adjust the barrel washing time (adjust the time inside the relay box)

5)Adjust the filling volume (adjust the time inside the relay box)

6)After barrel filling,then move to the capping machine operating platform, manual release cover artificial gland.
