Working Process

The four-step washing sequence includes hot alkali water, thimerosal solution, clean water, and pure water rinsing, each timed at 8 seconds with 10-second dripping intervals. PLC-controlled positioning sensors ensure precise bottle alignment for filling operations, while pneumatic systems handle bottle transfer and capping completion.
