Three-stage washing process ensures thorough cleaning:

• Thimerosal washing (8 seconds)
• Clean water washing (8 seconds)
• Pure water washing (8 seconds)

Each washing cycle is followed by a 10-second dripping phase for complete drainage.

Cylinder-driven filling valves insert into barrels with PLC-controlled timing. Filling duration is adjustable via control panel based on liquid level requirements. After filling completion, barrels are automatically transferred to capping position by barrel stop cylinders.
