Measurement considerations

• The subject should not wear a hat or cover his forehead with an object (allowing to wear a mask).
• When measuring the skin surface temperature of the forehead, make sure that the body thermometer is pointing at the center of the forehead and keep it vertical! If there is hair or other objects in the measurement area, it will affect the measurement results.
• When the measurement is from the outside or from a place with a large difference in the temperature of the measurement environment, the subject should measure the environment for at least 2 minutes and wait for the temperature to be consistent with the measurement environment before measuring, otherwise it will affect the measurement result.
• When the meter is taken out from a place with a large difference in ambient temperature, it should be placed in the environment to be tested for at least 20 minutes before use.
• Non-contact Body Infrared Thermometer is specially designed to take the body temperature of a person regardless of room temperature.
• Depending on various skin types and thickness, there may be temperature difference. When the indoor temperature is significantly different, the body infrared thermometer should be placed in that room for 15-20 minutes before using.
