Product Overview
Round shape seamless stainless steel tube manufactured to ASTM A269 TP316L standards, also designated as SUS316L and 1.4404, supplied in standard 6-meter lengths.
Material Specifications
ASTM A269 specification covers nominal-wall-thickness seamless austenitic steel tubing for general corrosion-resisting and low- or high-temperature service. All material is furnished in heat-treated condition and conforms to strict chemical composition requirements.
Quality Testing
Comprehensive mechanical testing includes flaring test, flange test, hardness test, and reverse flattening test. All tubes undergo non-destructive electric testing or hydrostatic testing to ensure quality and integrity.

Corrosion Resistance
316L stainless steel offers excellent corrosion resistance in atmospheric environments and many corrosive media, generally outperforming 304 grade. While considered the standard marine grade stainless steel, it exhibits surface corrosion in warm seawater environments, particularly in crevices and with rough surface finishes.
Heat Treatment
Solution treatment (annealing) involves heating to 1010-1120°C followed by rapid cooling. These grades cannot be hardened by thermal treatment.
