ASTM A312 TP347H Stainless Steel Seamless Pipe with pickled and annealed finish, available in 6" SCH40 dimensions. This stabilized austenitic stainless steel offers superior performance in high-temperature applications.
Material Properties
347 Stainless Steel is an enhanced variant of 18/8 Grade 304 with added columbium for stabilization. This eliminates carbide precipitation and prevents intergranular corrosion, making it ideal for demanding industrial environments.

Technical Features
Corrosion Resistance
Excellent resistance to general corrosion and intergranular attack. Alloy 347 provides superior performance in strongly oxidizing environments and maintains integrity after prolonged high-temperature exposure.
Heat Treatment
Annealing temperature range: 1800 to 2000°F (928 to 1093°C). Stress relief annealing within 800 to 1500°F (427 to 816°C) range does not cause susceptibility to intergranular attack.
