Heat Treatment Process
After welding, all tubes undergo heat treatment at temperatures of 1650℉ (900℃) or higher, followed by controlled cooling in air or atmosphere-controlled furnace chambers. Cold-drawn tubes receive additional heat treatment after the final cold-draw pass at 1200℉ (650℃) or higher.
