ASTM A204 Grade B/C Alloy Steel Plate for Boiler Applications
High-performance alloy steel plates manufactured using continuous casting or primary rolling processes, specifically engineered for demanding boiler and pressure vessel applications in industrial settings.
Manufacturing Process
Produced from continuous casting slabs or primary rolling slabs heated in stepping furnaces, descaled with high-pressure water, and processed through roughing and finishing mills under computer-controlled rolling. Final processing includes laminar cooling with controlled cooling rates and coiling.
