This precision cold rolled welded steel tube is manufactured to ASTM A513 1010 specifications, designed specifically for mechanical structures requiring resistance welding. The tube is produced using hot rolled or cold rolled steel and is ideal for applications where cosmetically appealing surfaces and light weight are essential.
Manufacturing Process
The cold rolled welded tube is produced using Electric Resistance Welding (ERW) technology. During manufacturing, critical parameters including wall thickness, inside and outside diameter, weld integrity, and surface finish are closely controlled to ensure precise dimensions and optimal mechanical properties.

- +N Normalized: Normalized in controlled atmosphere after final cold drawing
