Copper Nickel C70600 Alloy Overview
Copper Nickel C70600 (90/10) alloy pipe manufactured to ASME SB111 standards, supplied in annealed condition for optimal performance in heat exchanger applications. This alloy offers moderate strength, excellent weldability, and superior formability characteristics.
Key Material Properties
The controlled addition of iron (1.0-1.8%) and manganese (1.0% max) provides exceptional resistance to general corrosion, stress cracking, erosion, and impingement damage from turbulent water containing air bubbles and silt at high velocities.
