YLW Series 1400KW Coal Biomass Thermal Oil Boiler with 0.8MPa Pressure and 80% Efficiency

The YLW series coal/biomass thermal oil boiler features a square coil horizontal structure with chain grate automatic fuel feeding, FD/ID fan mechanical ventilation, and mechanical slag removal during operation. Fuel enters through the hopper onto the chain grate for combustion, with high-temperature flue gas reflecting from the rear arch into the furnace chamber for efficient heat transfer.

The YY(Q)W series gas-fired thermal oil boiler incorporates three-pass coiled tubes and wet back smoke-transfer chamber design for enhanced thermal efficiency. Large access doors on front and rear panels with hammer paint coating facilitate convenient inspection and maintenance.
