Organic Heat Carrier Boiler Overview

Our fuel oil/gas-fired thermal oil boilers utilize organic heat carrier fluid as an intermediate heat transfer medium. These industrial boilers employ hot oil circulating pumps for forced liquid phase circulation, efficiently transferring thermal energy to heating equipment before returning to the furnace for reheating.

Burner System

Imported name brand fuel combustion machines with full automatic control. Standard supply includes burner native components, valves, regulating valves, filters, leak detection systems, fans, and other essential equipment as per contract specifications.

Circulation System

Complete circulatory system featuring boiler circulating pumps, filling pumps, oil filters, expansion tanks, oil and gas storage tanks, and sampling coolers.

Waste Heat Recovery

Advanced flue gas waste heat utilization systems including waste heat steam boilers, air heat exchangers, hot water economizers, and various energy-saving configurations. Typical boiler thermal efficiency exceeds 96% with optimized energy saving plans tailored to customer requirements.

Control Systems

Flexible control options including conventional control, PLC touch screen control, and DCS control technology. Features mobile Internet integration for remote human-computer interaction and data sharing with renowned brand electrical control components.

Flue Gas Recirculation (FGR)
