Glucose Tube (EDTA K2 & Sodium Fluoride)
EDTA is a chelating agent that effectively sequesters calcium ion in blood, so that prevent blood clotting. Sodium fluoride can prevent blood glucose degradation, and keeps blood of primeval state for a long time. Product can be used for serum tests such as blood glucose, sugar tolerance, red cell electrophoresis, etc.
Product composition:
1) Disposable Sterile flocking nylon swab or polyester fiber swab, one piece.
2) 1-6m liquid(Higher positive rate of PCR test), Two glass beads.16×100mm sealed collection tube, one piece .
3) Biosafety bag, one piece.
4) The swab and collection tube is packed by paper-plastic bag or blister bag,Sterilized by Gamma radiation.
5) 2 years expiry at normal temperature.
Serum tube separates serum via the normal process of blood coagulation and serum can be further used after centrifugation. Serum tube is mainly used in serum tests such as serum biochemical analysis (liver function, renal function, myocardial enzymes, amylase,etc.),electrolyte analysis(serum potassium, sodium, chloride, calcium, phosphorus, etc.), thyroid function, AIDS, tumor markers and serology, drug testing, etc.
