Measurement considerations
The subject should not wear a hat or cover his forehead with an object (allowing to wear a mask).
When measuring the skin surface temperature of the forehead, make sure that the body thermometer is pointing at the center of the forehead and keep it vertical! If there is hair or other objects in the measurement area, it will affect the measurement results.

Q. How to ship the goods to us?
A: For samples order, usually delivery by carrier like DHL, TNT, FEDEX etc; for MP order, usually ship by air or sea.
Q. Can we have our logo to be printed on the units or packaging?
A: Testing samples for functional valuation, Only Neutral packing and no any Logo printing. For MP order, we can print on product & packaging with your authorized logo.
