In the production enterprises, the use of steam is more extensive, such as insulation foam plate, the production of steam heating raw materialfoaming for production.
The commonly used foam foam forming has steambox foaming and foam molding machine foaming, however, either requires equipment to supply steam with a steam boiler. For the production of small, thin-walled and complex plastic parts, most of them are formed with steamer foam. The mold filled with hairable foam raw material is molded into the steamer and placed in the steambox, using the equipment matching steam generator to heat the person steam, the steam pressure and heating time depends on the size and thickness of the mold. The prefoam particles in the mold are heated softened and expanded to melt together, remove the mold from the steamer, and then get foam plastic parts after cooling.
