Effective Anti-Blocking Mechanism
A "multi-discharge hopper" function releases material in multiple stages rather than all at once, effectively preventing long strips from bridging or clogging at the weigher discharge port, ensuring smooth flow.


Flexibility & Adaptability
These specialized weighers are designed with versatility in mind, accommodating hoppers of different volumes (e.g., 1.6L or 2.5L) to suit long-strip products of varying lengths and sizes.


Dedicated Structural Design
For long-strip materials, the linear vibratory feeders are optionally equipped with V-shaped troughs or flat-bottom troughs with flow-dividing bosses to ensure that materials enter the weighing stage in an orderly manner, enabling precise feeding.
