It is a high quality quicklime (Calcium Oxide) produced by lime calcination plant, then segregated into different sizes 0 to 10 mm, 10 to 25 mm, 25 to 60 mm and 60 to 150 mm. The limestone that are sized 25 to 60mm goes through a double shaft kiln using natural gas.
The limestone's combustion occurs then preheated in countercurrent flow, finally, recovering the heat from the waste gas before it leaves the kiln.

Quicklime powder (calcium oxide) is made of high quality limestone burned into lime blocks at high temperature and refined by a ball mill. It can be supplied lime powder according to customers' requirements. It has high CaO content, good whiteness, low sulfur content and over 400 activity.

Calcium oxide features:
This product is a white amorphous powder, containing impurities in gray or pale yellow, with moisture absorption.
Insoluble in water, insoluble in alcohol, soluble in acid, glycerol. Absorption of carbon dioxide in the air and water.
Generated with water calcium hydroxide and evolution of considerable heat.
Main Application:
Calcium oxide for iron and steel, pesticides, pharmaceuticals, non-ferrous metals, fertilizers, leather, hydrogen calcium oxide, ammonia laboratory drying and alcohol dehydration.
Can also react with water to produce a lot of heat, commonly used in automatic heating package.
As alkaline agent, nutritional supplements, dough modifier, pigs, poultry and beef tripe hot lotion.
