Operation Procedure
Loading Process
Open the feed port and ensure it is properly closed after loading the specified amount of material according to process requirements. Lock the feed port to prevent material outflow during mixing.
Mixing Cycle
Switch on the power, rotate the stop button left, start the reverse mixing function, and adjust motor speed to the specified process parameters. Mix until the required time is reached.
Unloading Process
Stop the machine by adjusting the motor speed to zero, position the discharge port downward, and rotate the stop button right to cut power. Open the discharge port and collect the mixed material in the specified container.
