The Horizontal Air Centrifugal Sifter Machine is specifically engineered for fine powder materials, particularly battery materials with light gravity and electrostatic properties. This cyclone screening system utilizes fiber mesh to prevent electrostatic reactions, overcoming limitations of traditional rotary and linear vibrating screens.

Material is evenly fed through the feed port via conveyor systems. Helical blades push material into the screening area where a rotating rotor (fluidization bar) creates centrifugal suspension, continuously impacting the screen mesh. Fine powder passes through the screen pipes while coarse material is either crushed for further processing or discharged separately.
