Direct Discharge Vibrating Sieve, also known as straight vibrating screen, because the discharge port under the screen is located in the middle of the bottom of the equipment, the use of straight discharge structure design, improve the amount of discharge, suitable for material impurity selection and other rough screening, is a suitable for pipeline layout of screening equipment.

Straight screen is one or two of the same model vibration motor symmetrical installation on both sides of the screen frame, vibration motor is equipped with eccentric block at both ends. Single vibration source on the material mainly produces up and down vibration, does not have automatic discharge function, double vibration source can produce scroll movement on the screen surface, with automatic discharge function, mainly used for powder production line process in the powder impurity, sieve loose effect.
