The screw conveyor features continuous spiral blades welded within a cylindrical shell. As the spiral rotates, material is lifted by centrifugal force and friction with the housing. Under gravity, the material slides along the spiral surface, achieving forward movement similar to how a nut translates along a rotating screw. This mechanism enables efficient material transportation with installation angles typically between 30°-45°, extendable to 60° when required.
