This bag dump station is suitable for unpacking, feeding, screening and unloading of small bags of materials in pharmaceutical, chemical, food, battery material and other industries. Due to the action of the dust collection fan when the powder bag is removed, the material dust can be prevented from flying everywhere. When the material is unpacked and poured into the next process, it only needs to be manually unpacked and put into the system, and then the material is sucked into the production tank by vacuum, which is convenient and quick. Foreign matter can be intercepted by the material passing through the vibrating screen, so as to ensure the discharge of qualified particles. The bag dump station station is composed of feeding platform, unloading bin, dust removal system, vibrating screen and other components.
