It is a bag opening equipment that manually breaks the bag and pours the material into the unloading station. According to the technological requirements, it can be used for unloading small bags of powdery materials with vibrating hopper or mixing hopper. This machine is equipped with new dust collector equipment and vibrator auxiliary feeding, so that there is no dust, smooth, no extravagance and waste of raw materials in the whole feeding process. Work flow of dust-free unloading station

The operator places the bag on the bracket and pushes it into the grid. Next, the operator will cut a vertical slit in the material bag, and pour the shaking bag to empty it, the material falls into the hopper by gravity, and can be connected with the conveying unit equipment through the bottom of the conveying pipe, the material is effectively output to the location. The built-in air filter can collect the dust produced in the process of empting the bag. The filter is through the reverse compressed air injection to clean, clean dust and fall back into the hopper, can achieve continuous uninterrupted feeding.
