The dust-free feeding station adopts the dust-filter feeding operation table to realize no dust overflow during the manual feeding process. The unpacked materials enter the cone inside the feeding table, and the spilled dust is absorbed by the strong negative pressure air flow during the overflow process, and then blocked by the filter element. The clean gas passes through the filter element and then discharged by the fan.
In the working process of the system, due to the adsorption of the filter element to the material will lead to the increase of filtration resistance, so it is necessary to use high-flow pulse injection pressure to reverse blow the filter element. After a period of working time, the reverse blow needs to manually pull the manual valve to reverse blow (to the right to reverse blow, neutral in the middle, to the left to close) to reduce or remove the adsorbed material on the surface. The operation resistance of the fan is kept within the allowable range.
