Experimental sieve

The experimental sieve is a standard experimental sieve that integrates particle grading and

liquid filtering. It is suitable for laboratories and quality inspection rooms. It performs analysis

of the particle size structure of granules and powders, featuring low noise, high efficiency,

and high accuracy. It uses a new type of dedicated power to produce multi-frequency

high-speed vibration, efficiently sieving samples. The standard sieve body ensures high

The experimental sieve uses a vertical vibrating motor as the vibration source of the whole

machine. The vibrating motor drives the upper vibrating pan to vibrate and then the vibration

is transmitted to the sieve frame placed on the upper part of the vibrating pan. Then, the

sieve frame with the required mesh size separates the smaller than the sieve pore size to the

lower sieve frame. Thus, the material in the sieve frame can be effectively filtered, graded,

and inspected.
