Vacuum Conveyor System

The vacuum loader, also known as the vacuum conveyor, is a dust-free, enclosed pipeline

conveying equipment that transports granular and powdered materials using vacuum. It

utilizes the pressure difference between vacuum and the ambient environment to create

gas flow within the pipeline, which moves the powdered materials, thus completing the

conveying of the powders.

Vacuum conveying is a pipeline sealed conveying method, which can eliminate dust

environmental pollution, improve the working environment, and at the same time reduce

pollution of the environment and personnel to the material, improving cleanliness. Since it

is pipeline conveying, it occupies less space and can complete the conveying of powders

in spaces, making the working space look tidy and beautiful; it is not limited by the distance.

At the same time, the vacuum loader can reduce the labor intensity workers and improve

work efficiency; it is the first choice for conveying most powdered materials.

The vacuum loader is composed of a vacuum pump or Roots blower, stainless steel

suction nozzle, conveying steel wire flexible hose, PE filter device, compressor

back-blowing air bag, pneumatic loading door equipment, and vacuum hopper material

level automatic control equipment. The entire control system is designed to be and is

manufactured with precision.

The compressed air enters the hopper and then carries the material to flow in the

pipeline. Due to the negative pressure in the pipeline, it can push the transportation

of materials, ensuring the conveying effect of materials. By controlling the material

level, the vacuum loader can better store and discharge the materials.
