The ton bag is lifted to the equipment inlet by the electric hoist, the built-in blades open the

ton bag and assist with the patting to make the powdery material in the ton bag fall into the

material bin by gravity, thus completing the unpacking and unloading work. And it can

connected to the conveying equipment through the conveying pipeline at the bottom to

output the material to the position.

This bulk bag opening system not only protects the production environment, the work

intensity of laborers, and production efficiency, but also solves the problems of lumping,

material bridging, and difficulty in discharging materials due to moisture absorption during

the opening of bulk bags.

The material packaged in bulk bags is lifted to the feed port by an electric hoist, and

the bulk bags are automatically cut open by a device. The cut-open bags and

material slide into the drum screen for material screening. This ensures that there is

no dust. Some materials, such as fertilizers tend to absorb moisture, leading to

caking and bridging, making it difficult to discharge the material. This can be

alleviated by a patting device to improve the material's properties and better complete

the bag-breaking and unloading operation.
