The double cone blender is composed of a double cone cylinder, mechanical seal,

frame, delayed transmission, and stirring blades. The working process of machine

is as follows: the materials to be mixed are fed into the double cone cylinder

through vacuum conveying or manual feeding, the cylinder cover is closed, the

equipment turned on, the double cone cylinder and stirring blades rotate

simultaneously, the rotating double cone cylinder causes the materials inside the

cylinder to tumble and mix chaotically, the high-speed rotating stirring blades

break up clumped materials, allowing the materials to mix quickly within the cylinder.

The double cone blender has no dead spots or during operation, and can quickly

achieve a uniform and consistent mix of materials.

(1) The machine is driven by an electric motor, the cylinder is driven by a sprocket,

and the stirring blades are driven a V-belt. It has a simple structure, reliable

transmission, and is easy to maintain.

(2) The bearings supporting the double cone cylinder adopt mechanical dustproof

treatment, which has reliable sealing effect. Powder will not leak, and material will

not enter the bearing, leading to rapid wear and destruction of the bearing.

(3) The inlet of the double cone cylinder adopts a quick-opening rotary valve, and

the outlet adopts a large-caliber 90° rotary valve, is very convenient to use.
