The machine includes pneumatic hanging hook clamping system, air charging and returning mechanism, feeding metering control mechanism, hydraulic lifting mechanism, conveying roller bed, and comprehensive electrical control system.
The automatic control system features PLC controller with touch screen operation interface, allowing operators to set packaging parameters such as weight and feeding speed. The system automatically controls feeding device operation and monitors the entire packaging process.
