The vibrating screen is a screening device that uses the reciprocating vibration generated

by oscillatory excitation to separate coarse and fine particles. Particles than the screen

holes stay on the screen surface, while particles smaller than the screen holes pass

through the screen holes, thus achieving the separation of coarse and fine particles.
 

 

 
The working principle of the vibrating screen is to use the excitation of the vibrating motor

as the source of vibration power, causing the material to thrown up on the screen and

moving forward in a straight line. The material enters the feed port of the screening

machine evenly from the feeder, and through the multi screen, it produces various

specifications of oversize and undersize materials, which are discharged from their

respective outlets. It has low energy consumption, high output, simple, easy maintenance,

fully enclosed structure, no dust overflow, and automatic discharge.
