This automatic quantitative packaging machine integrates computer-controlled feeding, filling, and bagging operations for precise 25kg powder packaging applications.
Working Principle
Materials are fed into the weighing hopper via pneumatic gate. The controller processes weight signals from sensors and executes a three-stage feeding process: fast feeding, medium-speed feeding, and slow feeding to achieve target weight accuracy. Once the target weight is reached, the discharge process begins automatically, with materials conveyed to sewing machines for final packaging.
