The 25 kg semi-automatic packaging machine is engineered for granular and highly fluid materials, featuring an upgraded electric mechanism that eliminates the need for air pumps. This design ensures reliable operation in low-temperature environments while delivering high weighing accuracy and comprehensive functionality.
Working Principle
When powered on, the motor drives high-speed pulley rotation, creating vacuum in the discharge mechanism. Material flows into the inlet due to gravity and discharges through the outlet. When bag weight reaches preset levels (adjustable via weights or automatic controller), limit switches or sensors trigger solenoid valve operation to stop filling, followed by automatic or manual bag release.
