This advanced automatic packaging machine features dual synchronous belt film pulling, cylinder-controlled tensioning, automatic correction, and alarm protection functions to minimize material waste. The integrated metering system completes bag making, filling, sealing, printing, and counting in one continuous operation.
The packaging machine operates with a sophisticated gravimetric feeding system. When the storage hopper contains sufficient material, it enters the weighing device via gravity with the material gate fully open for large feeding. Upon reaching the preset large feed weight, the gate closes to a narrow opening for small feeding. When the target weight is achieved, the gate closes completely. After material stabilization, the discharge gate opens, directing material into the bag to complete the automatic packaging cycle.
