Product Overview
This automatic ton bag packaging scale, also known as a bulk bag packaging machine, is specifically designed for large bag packaging of granular materials. The system integrates weighing units, conveying devices, pneumatic systems, dust removal systems, and quantitative packaging control instruments to solve packaging challenges in chemical, feed, materials, new materials, and new energy industries.
Working Process
Materials are conveyed to the metering hopper via screw conveyors or belt systems. The weighing system utilizes sensor or load cell technology for real-time weight monitoring. Advanced models feature two-stage feeding (fast and slow) for precision control. When materials reach the preset weight, the system automatically stops feeding and completes dynamic weighing before filling materials evenly into ton bags.
