The Z-type bucket elevator is an efficient vertical conveying system designed for granular, powdered, and small bulk materials. Featuring a unique Z-shaped configuration, this equipment combines horizontal conveying, inclined lifting, and vertical elevation in one compact unit, making it ideal for space-constrained industrial environments.
Powered by an electric motor, the system drives a continuous bucket belt between drive and driven shafts. Buckets scoop material at the base, transport it through the Z-shaped channel, and discharge at the top through centrifugal force and gravity, completing the vertical transfer process.
