The open-type ton bag feeding station is an efficient and practical material handling equipment. With an open structure as its core, it is equipped with a special hook for ton bags on the top, which can easily lift ton bags. At the bottom, it is configured with a vibrating discharge disc and a rotating discharge port. Combined with a dust collection system, it achieves dust-free discharge and feeding. During operation, the ton bales are suspended on the hook, and the materials are evenly dropped into the silo through vibration. It is suitable for the rapid addition of granular and powdered materials in multiple industries such as chemical engineering, food, and building materials. Working principle

Ton bag hoisting and positioning: Use hooks to lift the ton bags and place them precisely to lay the foundation for unloading.
Vibration discharge: Activate the vibration device to cause the material to fall evenly from the discharge port of the ton bag to the discharge tray through high-frequency vibration.
Rotary discharge: The rotary discharge port rotates slowly to evenly feed the materials on the discharge disc into the silo or conveying equipment.
Dust collection and removal: The dust collection system operates throughout the process, using negative pressure to draw the dust generated during the unloading process into the collection device, achieving dust-free operation.
