The Z-shaped lifting conveyor is a continuous conveying system with a unique "Z" shaped layout that efficiently transports bulk materials or individual items from lower to higher positions through vertical or large-inclination angle conveying. Utilizing load-bearing components such as chains and belts with carrying hoppers or pallets, this equipment optimizes material handling within limited spaces while offering superior performance and reliability.

The Z-type lifting conveyor operates through a drive system consisting of motor, reducer, and tensioning components. The motor drives the main shaft via the reducer, while sprockets or pulleys rotate the conveyor chain or belt. Material enters through the feeding port into hoppers that remain upright while ascending along the Z-shaped track. At the top bend, materials turn smoothly and discharge at designated ports, with tensioning devices ensuring optimal chain/belt tightness for stable operation.
