Z Type Bucket Elevator Overview
The Z-shaped elevator is a material conveying equipment that combines high efficiency and flexibility. With its unique Z-shaped structure, it ingeniously utilizes vertical space to lift and transfer materials, significantly saving floor space within a limited area. The fully enclosed design provides excellent dust-proof performance, meeting environmental protection standards, making it ideal for industries such as food and chemical engineering that require strict dust control.
Working Principle
The Z-shaped lifting conveyor consists of a drive unit, tensioning device, conveying chain (or belt), hopper, and frame. During operation, the motor drives the main shaft through the reducer, which then drives the conveying chain (or belt) via the sprocket (or pulley). The hopper loads materials at the feeding port and rises along the Z-shaped track to complete vertical lifting. At the discharge port, materials are dumped through track changes or unloading devices. The empty hopper continues its cycle while the tensioning device maintains proper chain (or belt) tension for stable and reliable conveying.
