Z Type Bucket Elevator Overview
The Z-shaped elevator is a vertical conveying equipment arranged in a Z shape that drives hoppers through a closed or semi-closed casing using traction chains or belts. This innovative design receives materials at the bottom feeding port, conveys them through horizontal sections, lifts them vertically, and discharges at the top horizontal section to designated positions.
Working Principle
This highly efficient continuous conveying equipment integrates horizontal conveying and vertical lifting in a Z-shaped layout. Driven by a motor that pulls chains or belts, fixed hoppers operate in a closed casing cycle. Materials are picked up from the bottom feeding port, conveyed horizontally, lifted vertically, and discharged from the top horizontal section.
