Product description
The direct discharge screen is a screening equipment that uses a vibrating motor to drive the screen mesh to move in a straight line. After the material falls into the top feeding port, it is pushed along the screen surface in a straight line under the action of vibration force and gravity. Fine particles pass through the screen mesh with the corresponding aperture to become the underscreen material, while coarse particles are discharged from the end to complete the classification. It features a compact structure and high screening efficiency, supporting flexible combination of single or multiple layers of screens. It is suitable for continuous screening of dry granular/powdered materials in industries such as chemical engineering, food, and building materials. Moreover, it is characterized by simple operation, low maintenance cost, and configurable dust removal and environmental protection design.
Working principle
After the material enters the screen box from the top feeding port, the vibrating motor generates high-frequency vibration, driving the screen mesh to move along a linear or elliptical trajectory. Under the action of vibration force, the material is pushed forward in a straight line along the screen surface. Fine particles smaller than the aperture of the screen pass through the screen to become under-screen materials, while coarse particles larger than the aperture are discharged from the end, achieving particle size classification. If it is a multi-layer screen structure, the materials can be screened in sequence according to different hole diameters. Eventually, the materials at each level are discharged from the corresponding discharge ports, completing the continuous screening operation.
