The plow blade mixer is an efficient industrial powder mixing equipment featuring high mixing accuracy, fast operation, and low energy consumption. Designed with a horizontal cylinder and plow blade group on the main shaft, it is widely used in chemical, food, pharmaceutical, and building materials industries for granular, powdered, and semi-wet material mixing applications.

The main shaft drives plow blades to rotate at high speed, throwing materials upward to create intense churning motion. Flying blades at the end of the plow blades provide additional shearing and dispersion, enabling materials of different particle sizes and densities to achieve uniform mixing through convection, diffusion, and shearing effects.
