The Z-type bucket elevator is a highly space-efficient material conveying system that moves materials along a Z-shaped path for vertical lifting and horizontal transportation. Featuring inflow feeding and non-digging material removal, it minimizes particle breakage while handling powders, granules, and small blocks in a fully enclosed structure.

A drive mechanism powers a closed circulating chain with attached hoppers. Materials enter via inflow feeding, reducing friction and breakage. Hoppers travel vertically then horizontally along the Z-path, discharging at the top via a turning mechanism before returning empty to repeat the cycle.
