Product description

The spiral mixer is an efficient equipment for mixing powders with powders or powders with liquids. Its core structure consists of two layers of spiral blades inside the container. It is suitable for processing large volumes, high viscosity or materials with significant density differences. Working principle

The core working components of this device are the double-layer helical blades (the inner helical blade and the outer helical blade) inside the container. These two blades rotate in opposite directions and usually have a speed difference. When the device is running, the outer helical blade will push the materials near the container wall from both ends towards the center of the mixing chamber, while the inner helical blade will transport the materials in the central area from the middle to both ends. This reverse circular motion causes intense convection, shearing, and tumbling of the materials within the mixing chamber, which not only breaks the agglomeration state of the materials but also enables materials of different densities and particle sizes to quickly intermingle and fuse, ultimately achieving uniform mixing of the materials throughout the entire chamber.
