Working principle
The core working principle of a screw conveyor is to use the rotating spiral blades to push the materials to move in a directed manner.
The specific process is as follows: When the spiral shaft rotates within the closed material tank, the materials in the tank will be pushed by the spiral blades. Due to the material's own gravity and the friction between the material and the tank wall, the material does not rotate along with the spiral blades but moves linearly along the axial direction of the spiral shaft like a non-rotating nut, thereby being continuously transported from the feed port to the discharge port, completing the transportation process.
