A screw conveyor is a continuous conveying equipment that uses the rotation of spiral blades to push materials forward. It has a compact structure and good sealing performance, enabling the transportation of materials in horizontal, inclined or vertical directions. Working principle
When the equipment is started, the motor drives the spiral shaft and the spiral blades welded onto it to rotate together. After the material enters the conveyor trough through the feed port, under the combined effect of gravity, the friction between the material and the inner wall of the trough, and the internal cohesion of the material, the material is pushed by the blades and moves linearly along the axial direction of the trough. Eventually, under the continuous push of the blades, the material is discharged from the discharge port, thus achieving continuous and directional material transportation. The direction of transportation depends on the rotation direction of the spiral blades and the rotation direction of the shaft.

Flexible conveying direction: It can be transported horizontally, at an incline, or vertically upwards. The layout is highly adaptable.
