Product Structure & Operation
Working Principle
The motor drives the activator's eccentric mechanism into high-speed rotation via a vee belt. The rotating eccentric block generates substantial centrifugal force, stimulating the screen to form circular movement with specific amplitude. Materials on the inclined screen surface undergo continuous throwing motion from the impulse provided by the sieving box. During material-sifter collision, particles smaller than the screen openings are selected, achieving precise material grading.
