EVERSUN High Output Carbon Steel Linear Vibrating Screen
Working Principle
The motor drives the eccentric activator into high-speed rotation via a vee belt. The eccentric block generates centrifugal force that stimulates the screen to form circular movement with specific amplitude. Materials on the tilted screen surface perform continuous throwing movements after receiving impulses from the sieving box. During material-sifter collisions, particles smaller than the screen openings are selected, achieving precise grading.
