The EVERSUN linear vibrating screen is engineered for efficient silica sand screening with two vibration motors, sieve box, screen mesh, vibration absorbing body, and damping device. The horizontal motors provide power for straight-line material movement, enabling grading, impurity removal, powder removal, inspection, washing, and dehydration with single or multi-layer screens.

The motor drives the activator eccentric through a vee belt, initiating high-speed rotation. The eccentric block operation generates substantial centrifugal force, stimulating the screen to form circular movement with specific amplitude. Materials on the tilted screen surface perform continuous throwing movements after receiving impulses from the sieving box. During material-sifter collision, particles smaller than screen holes are selected, achieving precise grading.
